Brief History

The company was founded in 2012 and started off as an Events Company.

Having worked within the industry for over 25 years, Director Deon Steyn have developed a wide range of skills that would meet and exceed the expectations of clients and guests. Deon started at the bottom of the industry and have worked his way up to General Manager and Assistant Manager of Operations, Planning and Support.

During his career he had many achievements, including drafting and implementing the SOP for a group of hotels and resorts. He also opened 4 new units for a hotel group and implemented everything from the ground up.

Deon is also an ICF Professional Business and Life Coach.

Proven leadership skills which develop and empower staff to achieve their goals, along with a thorough understanding of the market trends are some of the qualities that helped Deon in making the desired contribution for the benefit of the business.
